This is a quick tour around the counseling center at Cottonwood School. It highlights the areas that support the districts three goals, Teaching and Learning, Systems of Support and Culture and Climate as well as a bonus area that highlights College and Career Readiness.

hi welcome to Collinwood School my name is Amanda Nieves my accounts are here at Cottonwood shaver going to take a quick tour to find the Counseling Center at a tour around the County Center so you know what resources and makes me have available for you follow me the Counseling Center is organized into for Unique spaces where to take a look at each one of them three of those spaces support three District goals we have three different goals for RL cowplant the first ones on teaching and learning support culture and climate my bonus station this College and Career Readiness. Let's take a look at each station individually this action is called teaching and learning school supplies backpack Alvin materials and other organizational materials to keep you on track academically report people have all kinds of materials and supplies that you can work with individually with Partners or small groups successful broken Higley and academically culture and climate in this area you'll have different materials that talk about the way we do business here, wouldn't how it feels to be a member of this wonderful family of cougars Ariel talk about things that are supporting our positive behavior intervention system about being respectful and safe and being responsible College and Career readiness Terry weeks for various careers various colleges majors and minors and what it takes to get into college this is going to be a great time over the course of the year did you a lot of exploring and research few of my resources here and this is the meaning of the library but you're welcome to always feel yourself up and just a reminder that if you find yourself needing a place to come by and talk or get additional assistance we are at lunch at recess before school and after school or you may come in at your teachers request please make sure to swing by and say hi we look forward to seeing you thanks and great day
