Athletic Information

Welcome to the Cottonwood K - 8 Athletics page! We are excited for the 2023-2024 sports season. Please review the following below and click the links on the right of the page for more sports information.

This year you must enroll your student(s) through the after-school program through the School Care Works Portal for tryouts. Parents must fill out the Parent Athletic Physical Form (ALL information must be filled out including insurance information). Students will not be able to try out for a sport if ALL registration requirements have not been met.

Students planning on playing sports or cheerleading this school year must meet the required 2.0 GPA & have satisfactory or better behavior marks.

Coaches will be conducting tryouts for each team. Students will be notified of dates & times.
