At today's Fall Themed Saturday School, our scholars made suncatcher turkeys, gratitude pumpkins, Indian Corn, and they transformed donuts, Fruit Loops and toothpicks into delectable edible turkeys. What a fun way to earn back a day of attendance credit! At Cottonwood's Monday Meet-Up our PLUS Scholars led the school in the Pledge of Allegiance, welcomed new students with an Aloha, recognized students with Perfect Attendance for the month of October, and several staff members participated in a 50 yard dash to get the students excited about the upcoming Turkey Trot on November 20th.
