The Read Across America Week fun continues! In honor of Dr. Seuss' book, The Lorax. it is Mustache Day tomorrow. Get creative and bring your best mustaches to Cottonwood!

Read Across America Week is under-way! Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 2nd is Hat Day in honor of Seuss' classic, Cat in the Hat. You can wear a favorite hat from home, or the hat you decorated. Let your imagination soar!

Cottonwood Community, this Thursday we are having a PTO Meeting. We would love to have you come and share your thoughts!

Cottonwood's Leadership Class is selling Candy Grams for 25 cents each during all lunches from February 5 - February 12th. Parents if you want to purchase a Candy Gram and have it delivered to your child, please stop by the office! What a fun way to brighten someone's day!

Spring Picture Day is February 11th. Come to school picture ready. You have 22 Picture Backgrounds to choose from!

The NED Show Kindness Adventure Assembly is an excellent, engaging assembly that all students will enjoy.

Cottonwood Families, next week is Parent Teacher Conference Week, and school will be on a modified schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for parents and teachers to sit down and discuss student progress. Please contact your child's teacher if you are still in need of a conference time. Cottonwood's Winter Formal is fast approaching! This Once Upon A Time Fairytale will take place on Friday, January 31st, from 5-8:30 p.m. Payment and permission slips are due to the school by January 24th. This is a very special evening for our middle school students, please mark your calendars now, so that you won't miss out.

HUSD's Annual Family Festival will take place on Friday, January 31st from 5-8 p.m. at the Santa Fe Education Center, located at 831 E. Devonshire Ave in Hemet. There will be food, entertainment, games, and fun for the whole family. See you there!
